The bat trunk
Reserved for schools, these two giant trunks are a veritable travelling museum. Amid its reconstructions are plaster imprints of bat fossils, models, audio-visual documents, droppings and an ultra-sound detector. All the tools and games for discovering the world of the masters of the night. Actually though, the trunks are only available for the Department around Bourges.
The Bat Game - become a bat yourself!
Live the first two hectic years of a young bat and survive the exploitationof resources in the evironment, avoiding the pitfalls of life and your opponents.
This game is a real introduction into the biology of bats. Specially put together by the scientists of Bourges Museum, this board-game is for 6 players, from the age of 7 upwards, and is availabe on request at the museum's shop.
